Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Oratory Skills Courses (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms and that “you” includes that organization.

You may use the Service only if you can legally form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

If the Service includes community features, you agree to interact respectfully and comply with the acceptable use rules below.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not share logins or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and course materials for your personal learning purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your access may be provided as a one-time purchase, subscription, or time-limited enrollment depending on what you purchase. Access does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content unless we explicitly permit it in writing.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include, without limitation:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security features.
• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing course content (including downloads, transcripts, slides, and recordings) outside the Service.
• Uploading malware, running automated scripts that degrade performance, or interfering with other users’ access.
• Using the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or exploitative purposes.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, account suspension, or termination.

If the Service allows you to submit content (e.g., comments, assignments, audio/video practice clips, forum posts), you retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

We may remove user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, but we do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be removed immediately.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable regulations.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, purchases are non-refundable once access to digital content is granted. If a refund policy is offered for a specific product, it will be described during purchase and will govern that product.

If you dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access.

The Service, including course content, text, graphics, logos, audio/video recordings, and the overall look and feel, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials except as allowed under these Terms or with our prior written permission.

The Service may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, email providers). Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their functionality, security, or availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or created risk or potential legal exposure.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Course content is educational in nature and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on many factors including your practice, effort, and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oratory Skills Courses and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where permitted, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before filing any formal claim. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue resolution in a competent court of jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were last made.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
